Dear Smokuters,

After a year of hard work, I’m proud to announce the release of Smokut in 18 languages! The app will be gradually rolled out across eurozone countries. More currencies, languages, and countries will be added over time.

This patch is without a doubt the most ambitious one I’ve developed so far.

I first created my own AI-powered translation tool, perfectly tailored to the needs of the app, before adding the 20,000 necessary translations!

Then I had to industrialize the production of visuals, as it involved creating dozens of photo edits for each language.

Time felt endless towards the end… In fact, you’ve already been using the French-translated version for months. But as always, the devil is in the details: there was always one last label, menu, or image left to translate! Nothing major, but just enough to delay the multilingual launch.

Now that this thorny chapter is finally coming to an end, I can focus on what I love most: developing new features.

The next update will actually be the most requested one so far: the ability to reset your progress in the app.
